Davide Edoardo Cassano
The Artist & Founder
Davide Edoardo Cassano (D.E.C.), born in Turin in 1993 and living in Marsciano, is an Italian illustrator and artist. After earning a degree in civil engineering in 2016, he fully committed to art, studying at "The Sign Comics and Arts Academy" in Florence. His works, known for their detailed and dreamlike qualities, explore emotional and existential themes. In 2020, together with his friend Edoardo Mancinelli, he founded Dec-art srls, spreading his art internationally.
Edoardo Mancinelli
The Administrator & CooFounder
Edoardo Mancinelli, born in Assisi in 1993, is an Italian entrepreneur and art enthusiast. After obtaining a degree in Computer Science in 2015 and working as an IT developer, he furthered his education with a master's in digital marketing. Edoardo is the co-founder of Dec-art, a company that promotes art without intermediaries, reflecting his perspective shaped by the open-source world. He believes that art should be judged directly by the public, rather than being filtered through galleries, which he feels often suppress promising artists in favor of less talented ones.
Luca Cassano
The Designer
Luca Cassano, born in 2000 and brother of Davide, also possesses a refined taste for design. He is an expert graphic designer who skillfully reworks Davide's artworks for various products and book layouts. His ability to adapt and enhance these creations for different mediums showcases his talent and contributes significantly to the presentation and commercialization of Davide's art.
